Chocolate Pi is an artisan bakery founded by Pastry Chef Kim Yelvington, and continues to be a family run business with Kim and her daughter Jade being the creative forces behind the baked goods. Our mission as a company is to provide a product made with only the finest ingredients, a product made lovingly from scratch- with recipes ranging from old family favorites passed down through the generations and tweaked a bit, to recipes created out of a constant desire for perfecting our desserts, cakes, and confections. But most of all, we hold it as our standard to make everything- from our smallest confections, to our grandest wedding cakes- not only completely delicious, but beautiful as well.
Chocolate Pi has a beautiful new retail location at 1205 S Howard Ave in the Epicurean Hotel. Our confections include: French macarons, cupcakes, ice creams, home made sodas, ganache based hot chocolates, bon bons, chocolate truffles, european style desserts and pastries, dessert catering, wedding cakes and occasion cakes, and other related special orders.
